Resolution
EFOD board of directors resolves to sell the property at 617 Jacobson Street and has accepted an offer from Milissa Wales for $155,000 in an “as is” condition with a closing date of April 28, 2017.
The resolution was passed. Board members that voted were:

Issues at hand
- At January 2017 Board meeting all members resigned. Temporary Board was put together for January meeting to keep 501 status (need 5 people).
- There will be elections in April for permanent Board members.
